constructions ferroviaires fran\u00e7aises et attenant par leur activation sur les bandes radioamateurs .<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">C&rsquo;est avant tout un divertissement.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">DATE DE DEPART : <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">1 novembre 2014<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ce dipl\u00f4me peut \u00eatre obtenu par tout titulaire de station RA en cours de validit\u00e9 et poss\u00e9dant un certificat d\u2019op\u00e9rateur du service amateur<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">. ainsi que les \u00e9couteurs dans les m\u00eames conditions, il a un caract\u00e8re international.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h5 class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">ETHIQUE DE CONDUITE :<\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1- Il est exig\u00e9 un esprit sportif et une conduite \u00ab\u00a0fair play\u00a0\u00bb de tous les demandeurs ou stations permettant l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;un dipl\u00f4me du programme DVFF ,<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2- Un demandeur ou une station permettant l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;un dipl\u00f4me, ou le repr\u00e9sentant de cette station (QSL-manager. etc), pourront \u00eatre disqualifi\u00e9s dans le cas ou des faits r\u00e9pr\u00e9hensibles d\u00e9montreraient une violation notoire et constante de l&rsquo;esprit OM.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3- Dans le cas o\u00f9 le repr\u00e9sentant d&rsquo;une station serait d\u00e9faillant, \u00e0 l&rsquo;insu de celle-ci, les justificatifs seront refus\u00e9s et ensuite la station concern\u00e9e avis\u00e9e<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"western\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4- <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Seul le DVFF Manager\u00a0est habilit\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre toutes d\u00e9cisions. Celles-ci sont sans appel.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\nCorrespondants d\u00e9partementaux :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le DVFF-Manager pourra s\u2019entourer de correspondants d\u00e9partementaux.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le r\u00f4le des correspondants d\u00e9partementaux est :<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Tenir \u00e0 jour la liste des gares, ponts, maisonnettes garde barri\u00e8re, etc\u2026toutes activations de son d\u00e9partement, en \u00e9troite relation avec le DVFF Manageur.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Attribuer les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences au fur et \u00e0 mesure des activit\u00e9s. Pour un suivi judicieux, il n\u2019est pas souhaitable d\u2019attribuer trop en avance des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; V\u00e9rifier que le quota des contacts pour validation de chaque r\u00e9f\u00e9rence soit respect\u00e9.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Une copie informatique des logs seront conserv\u00e9s par le correspondant d\u00e9partemental.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00e9riodiquement la liste des correspondants d\u00e9partementaux sera publi\u00e9e sur le site DVFF\u00a0: http:\/\/dvff.73s.fr<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">JUSTIFICATIFS :<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> D\u00e9partement sans correspondant :<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">La demande d&rsquo;activation d\u2019un DVFF<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> devra \u00eatre faite au DVFF-MANAGER au moins 1 jour avant la date de l\u2019activation.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A l\u2019issu de l\u2019activation, lui envoyer par email ou par courrier pour v\u00e9rification, le dossier comprenant\u00a0:<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">le compte rendu d\u2019activation d\u00fbment renseign\u00e9,<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">le\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0log\u00a0\u00bb au format trait\u00e9 par informatique (excel, csv, ou autres).<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">R\u00c9F\u00c9RENCES :<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les DVFF seront recens\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation des cartes IGN au 1\/25000, ou tout autre document prouvant l&rsquo;existence du site ayant ou ayant e\u00fbt des constructions ayant trait aux voies ferr\u00e9es de France.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ils recevront une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence sous la forme de :<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> DVFF GV xx 001\u00a0; DVFF GM xx 001\u00a0; DVFF GA xx 001 etc. dans l\u2019ordre des activit\u00e9s. Aucune autre r\u00e9f\u00e9rence ne sera valid\u00e9e.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La r\u00e9f\u00e9rence devra \u00eatre activ\u00e9e et valid\u00e9e dans les deux mois suivant son attribution. Pass\u00e9 2 mois cette r\u00e9f\u00e9rence devra obligatoirement \u00eatre r\u00e9activ\u00e9e ou r\u00e9attribu\u00e9e.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lors d\u2019une activit\u00e9 l\u2019utilisation de la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence sous la forme DVFF&#8230; est imp\u00e9rative.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">CONDITIONS DE VALIDITE DES CONTACTS :<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour qu\u2019une activit\u00e9 soit accept\u00e9e par le DVFF-Manager, ou son repr\u00e9sentant d\u00e9partemental il faut :<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Que l\u2019activation se fasse dans un rayon de <\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">1000m<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> maxi du DVFF.<\/span><\/strong> <strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; en HF, VHF et UHF &#8211; qu\u2019un minimum de 100 liaisons soient r\u00e9alis\u00e9eslors de la premi\u00e8re activation et 50 pour une r\u00e9activation.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"western\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; en VHF qu\u2019un minimum de 25 liaisons soient r\u00e9alis\u00e9es lors de la premi\u00e8re activation.
